Easy and healthy olive oil salad dressing.? - olive oil salad
I try to cook and eat, and so far I stink! I've tried to make my own vinaigrette with olive oil and it was not terrible, not great, but sweet.
I am looking for an easy and relatively quick salad, the healthier olive oil dressing recipe (I use extra virgin olive oil). Oh, what he knows much better than what I was doing, would be a great advantage!

A recipe for vinaigrette base is a good start and can be stimulated by so many ways.
My favorite is to use a ratio of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts olive oil, but you can change this ratio to your taste. Season with salt and pepper.
Add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the mixture of 1 / 4 cup vinegar 3 / 4 C olive oil.
Consider also change, with different types of forms to the vinegar taste. I like to use a good balsamic vinegar and tarragon. But I also like white wine or champagne vinegar.
Think it added, are freshly chopped garlic and shallot vinaigrette.
Sometimes I add some herbs such as basil or chopped fresh tarragon or chives.
Dried herbs work well. I taste the mustard vinaigrette mixture of Italian herbs, or some "herbs of Provence.
There are many variations on all sides by various recipes. Experiment and have fun with it. Enjoy!
This type of dress also works great as a marinade for chicken or fish if aren'tavEGETARIAN.
For a more simple alternative for the house salad dressings, which are often used low-fat yogurt as a simple basis.
I have worked in any number of herbs and spices for a creamy dressing, which I love. The possibilities are endless. Here are 3 simple.
4 oz yogurt 1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard. (add tarragon to taste)
or
4 oz yogurt GST 1-2 curry powder
or
4 oz plain yogurt with a maximum of one tablespoon of horseradish on a potato in the oven instead of butter or cream.
