I think the cookbooks is generally a highly competitive keywords, competition associated with it. Even if you try the different types of cookbooks market, you are some important competetion. Is it possible to refine his place, perhaps a "cookbook for beginners" or "recipes using ingredients under 8" instead of the standard types of cook books, etc.?
There are some good tools for keyword research, I recommend: http://www.keyworddiscovery.com http://www.wordtracker.com and will help you discover new keywords and phrases.
I recently wrote an article about the definition of the appropriate keywords. Perhaps you can help follow: http://www.spiderseeker.com
Hello,
If you are selling cookbooks from different countries, you can use keywords such as "book of Italian recipes, cookbooks French, Greek cookbooks, etc.." Turn the contents of your website to build your keyword. Keyword research is the core to create your ranking!
Hope this helps
